Technical aspects of the law, as its discussed obviously bear consideration- that is, to shoot or not shoot when someone who just robbed you is turning away. Regardless of the law, the video is terrific and I'll bet that lady earned some respect in her neighborhood that might just slow down the next thug that thinks about robbing her store.
